Warm-Up Wednesday #1

Warm-Up Wednesday is a "meme," just like Music/ Movie Monday and Thursday Interpretation. In this weekly post, I will be using warm-ups that my R/LA (Reading/ Lanuage Arts) teacher gives us everyday. It probably will not be everyweek, though, because right now I don't have very many of them. All of the war-ups I will be posting on here have to do with making a choice or decision. Our choices/ answers have to be in paragraph form.

This Week's Warm-Up:

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

My answer:

If I could be any animal, I would be a sloth. They are very slow, but they get to sleep almost all day. They live up in trees, which would be avery pretty view. Also, sloths move very slowly -- a great vacation from the fast-moving human world. If I could be any animal, I would unquestionably be a sloth.

What animal would you be?

But sloths are all moldy! :P Still, you mention a number of very good benefits to being a sloth.

In that vein, I think I would like to be a well-pampered pet dog.

Hmm, I didn't think about thje moldy part. LOL!

And I think your choice is marvelous! I'm sure that would be really fun :D.

Thanks for commenting,

I'd either be a werecat... for paranormal animal.

Perhaps I would want to be a tortoise. They live for a long time and I would think they get to see many beautiful places in the ocean!

I'm trying to get a Morbid Romantica Challenge 2011 off that ground. I think you might be interested. I'm trying to feature it throughout the year with some author involvement. Please do stop by and let me know what you think.

Werecat? Not so much me, but the tortoise sounds really exciting! I will head over right now :).

Thanks for commenting, Mad Scientist!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! I love reading what you have to say, whether good or bad. (This is not an open invitation to be rude.)

This blog is an award-free zone. I simply don't have the time to pass them on. Thanks for thinking of me, though :).
