In My Mailbox #13 & Sunday Confessions #6

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted every week by The Story Siren. To find out how to participate and the "official" details, check out the IMM page.

Anyone can participate in IMM and you are not limited to sharing books that arrive via your mailbox. You can also share books that you've bought or books that you've gotten at the library.

-----------------------------------------------------

Bought on Kindle:

--Heartless by Sara Shepard

I bought it right after I finished Killer yesterday! :D

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This meme was started by Marcie @ To Read or Not To Read. She started it as a way to share a little about herself, but to learn about the rest of us as well. She says, "Sometimes its about books and book related topics and sometimes it's not. This is all in good fun and I would love it if you would participate."
This week's question is
"Are you a moody reader?"
Sometimes I can be a bit moody in my reading. It's like, I know that I need to finish another and stop procrastinating, but I'm super-anxious to read a different one. Like Marcie, this doesn't happen all the time, just every once in a while.
Do you happen to be a moody reader?
Leave a link to your IMM &/or SC and I will be sure to come by! :)
I think I'm always a moody reader. That's why I like to have lots of different types of books waiting, because sometimes I just can't read a book because I'm not in the mood for that type of book. Then I go to something else and come back to that book later and probably love it!
Ahh yes, I'm a mood reader. But when the mood hits me....i'm reading every free moment I get. Sometimes...well no, most of the time I feel overwhelmed with all the book I have to read that its hard to enjoy what I'm reading, know I have so many others I want to read next. I know, It makes no sense but that's just how my brain works! LOL
I'm absolutely a moody reader! I just can't read certain things if I'm not in the mood - my head won't go there. :)
My very first Sunday Confessions Post
I just started reading the PLL series after loving the tv series :D on book 3, hoping to catch up soon, though the tv series feels a little different than the books already to me, so I want to read them fast before the books and tv start fighting in my head of what happened and didn't happen.
I would say I'm also a moody reader, I know I have books to read but if I can't get into that book then I def. switch to one I know I can get absorbed into :)
Have a great Sunday! And thanks for visiting my blog :)
Yes I'm a moody reader but only when I've read too many books of the same genre in a row then I need to switch it up. Hope you enjoy the book you got this week :)
I haven't yet checked out the little liars series and I might. One of these days. So many books and so little time. As for being a moody ready...hmm. I think I am. Considering I'm reading about four books at a time (in my defence, some of them are for school) so yes. :)
Cool, I didn't know about the Sunday confessions meme. I am definitely a mood reader. And the cover for Heartless is a bit creepy but cool!
Happy Reading.
I haven't read any of Sara's books yet, but have a couple in my TBR pile. Enjoy!
I've bought all the PLL series for my Kindle! They are great reads to have on it since I don't necessarily want to actually have the physical books, much as I like the series.
Thanks for checking out my IMM post! I can be a moody reader sometimes. Like if I know that a book is a sad one, I feel like I have to be in a certain mood before I could read it. Although for books that have happy endings, I could read those anytime.
:) Great book this week. I have been dying to read the PLL series. I think I'll have to look around for your reviews on the series.
And I am kind of a moody reader. Can't really explain how, though. Ha ha.
I have not read anything by Sara Shepard yet, I will have to check out this series. I hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for stopping by my IMM. I haven't read Sara Shephard, but I really do need to by all accounts.
Thanks for stopping by my IMM! I've read a handful of the Pretty Little Liars books...which reminds me I have to read the rest of them.
I'm definitely a moody reader. Sometimes when I'm in the middle of a book, I want to read a different book. I was never one to read a couple at a time, but I'm finding myself doing that more and more. I also switch genres. Very big into YA, but finding I am enjoying adult literary fiction, too.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! I love reading what you have to say, whether good or bad. (This is not an open invitation to be rude.)
This blog is an award-free zone. I simply don't have the time to pass them on. Thanks for thinking of me, though :).
